Your network will be monitored 24/7, allowing us to become aware of any issues in their infancy. This means we can proactively resolve problems at the earliest opportunity, minimising disruption.

We are committed to ensuring that our helpdesk service is tailored to the needs of our clients, offering maximum benefit in a cost effective way. We ask for feedback on each and every ticket and use this to constantly improve our service delivery. Each month, our clients receive a report showing exactly what we have been doing on their behalf. This includes response times for all cases.

We offer various levels of maintenance support contract, which can be tailored to suit the needs of your business. Our helpdesk services are also available on a credit basis.
